Knell House welcomes a very special visitor

Early Years girls had a special visitor on Monday afternoon - three-day old Daisy the Lamb!
Reception parent Mrs Ross lives next door to Daisy's farmyard home, and brought her in to show the girls as part of Reception's Spring and New Growth project.
Daisy was rejected at birth by her mum, so is being bottle-fed regularly, something which the Reception girls took to with great relish! Nursery girls loved stroking Daisy's wiry fleece and laughed as she gambolled around the Knell garden in the Spring sunshine.
Miss Ellis, Reception teacher, said: "This is a first for Early Years and we were delighted to welcome Mrs Ross and Daisy - the girls loved watching her and couldn't believe how big she was for three days!
