Spanish in the Sixth Form
Spanish is a truly global language. It is one of the official languages in international conferences, the United nations and the European Union.
There are about 400 million native Spanish speakers. This makes Spanish the second most important international language, spoken by over 15% of the US population especially in California, Florida, large areas of the Southwest, New York, Chicago and other major cities.
Speaking a foreign language says a lot about you to a future employer. It says that you are:
- Flexible
- Culturally aware
- Internationally marketable
- and even worth more money than others!
Studying Spanish means maximum career prospects. You will be very employable. It's certainly not all work and no play.
