Individual Needs
Within the Early Years Centre we maintain very favourable pupil teacher ratios. These enable us to provide individual learning programmes which encourage every girl to achieve her full academic, physical and social potential.
The majority of the girls in the Early Years Centre work at a level which is six months or more above that expected for their age. This means that they achieve their Early Learning Goals early in their Reception year. The teaching programme for these girls is therefore based on the curriculum for Year 1 (Preparatory).
Provision is also made should girls have special educational needs.
