Current Parents: As your daughters are already in school and known to us, it is more helpful if we guide you to the appropriate contact for specific instances.
In the first instance, the best person to contact is your daughter’s FORM TUTOR.
Where issues are regarding an academic subject, your contact would be the SUBJECT TEACHER.
If you need to speak to someone more senior, your contact would be the HEAD OF YEAR.
Next in line, should the Head of Year not be able to resolve the issue, would be the DIRECTOR OF PASTORAL SUPPORT, Mrs Barbara Salisbury.
In case of emergency, it is important that the DEPUTY HEAD, Mrs Sue Jones, is informed immediately. She would be keen to speak with any parent or pupil in these instances. Additional requests to see the Deputy Head would require an appointment.
Parents wishing to speak to the HEADMISTRESS, Mrs Barbara Stanley should please request an appointment due to her busy diary.
In all instances, we wish to be able to assist you as quickly as possible and hope that the above will enable that process.
