Strategic planning
The school is revising its Strategic Plan. This is a vital exercise for us, as it will determine the School's development and its strategic priorities over the next five years.
The development of the school’s new strategic plan is now well under way.
Six sub-committees have been set up to examine key areas of strategic importance to the school, and information from both existing and new sources is being considered – past questionnaires, annual school-wide goals and plans, new round table discussions, interviews, feedback, etc. This has come from all sections of our school community: Governors, Staff, Students, Parents and Old Girls. The final draft of the plan will be presented to the Council of Governors on 30 June for approval.
