Senior teams are run for hockey, indoor hockey, netball, tennis, rounders, athletics and swimming and matches against other schools are often played during sixth form games periods. Sixth Form students may also assist in the running of junior training sessions.
The fitness suite is a fantastic new indoor facility that has opened in the last year, thanks to the Parents’ Association. It has extended the options in Sixth Form Games and is used in the teaching of academic GCSE and A Level PE. There is a range of cardiovascular machines, some fixed weight machines and floor space for core body work.
