The GCSE course in business studies will give students an understanding of the dynamic nature of business activity. They will study current theory and practice and gain an understanding of the integrated nature of organisations and their decision–making processes.

1½ hour written paper, questions based on the pre-released case study stimulus material.

All three papers will assess knowledge and understanding of the subject content and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively. Students will also develop the ability to analyse and evaluate evidence, make reasoned judgements and present conclusions.
