As part of their geography studies on environmental issues, Year 4 visited the wind turbine at Green Park and the new educational classroom at Smallmead Recycling Centre. The trip involved many ‘hands on’ learning experiences which helped the girls to understand the importance of recycling and to find out how waste from their local community is recycled.
