Nursery girls hit the shops on Friday! The girls visited to local shops in Christchurch Road, stopping at the greengrocers and bakers.
En route the girls were encouraged to take in environmental features such as spring flowers and different types of houses and shops as part of the Knowledge and Understanding of the World key learning stage.
Each girl enjoyed the chance to choose and purchase either a piece of fruit or a cake at the shops - most chose the latter option, but some chose both!
