EYC girls had a fabulous time at Bucklebury Farm Park on Friday 11th June.
Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Reception girls took it in turns to explore the different areas of the park. Everyone enjoyed the tractor ride with Tractor John, who helped the girls understand about the different types of deer living on the farm. The girls loved seeing the baby calves, and some witnessed a calf about to be born!
The girls also took turns at animal feeding, woodland walks and spending time in the fantastic adventure playground, before wearily heading home on the coach. The only noise on the way back to school was gentle snores, not just from the girls, but parent helpers too!
"The girls all behaved impeccably during their day at the farm and were a credit to the school", Miss Wells, Reception teacher and trip organiser reported. 'They really enjoyed the fresh air and the opportunity to pet the animals and learn all about their lives on the farm. I was particularly impressed with their interest in the woodland walks - the girls loved looking out for birds, bats and creepy crawlies!"
Early Years girls can show their parents more pictures of their trip in the Login area.
