ASROGA invites members to apply for a donation from the limited funds available to support challenging projects which fulfil the following criteria:
• The project shall include a course of study, research, training, or life-enhancing experience.
• There must be some form of service to the community, or to the environment. This is particularly important when applying for an award towards the cost of a project which is part of a formal education programme.
• The applicant must show that she is in need of financial assistance, or must raise funds to carry out the project.
• The project must be carried out within two years of application.
• A short Project Report must be submitted to ASROGA within six months of completion. This may be used in newsletters distributed to present and former pupils.
• Awards cannot be made to members to support degree courses which do not comply with the above.
• Applicants must submit the following to be eligible for consideration:
o Completed application form
o Curriculum Vitæ
o Letter from Project Sponsor, where applicable
Awards will range up to £500 and the number will be limited by the amount of funds available each year. Please note that applications will be assessed in January each year, and at other times solely at the discretion of ASROGA. Guidelines and an Application Form are available to download below.
